If you are anything like me you struggle to choose clothes that fit well. In this episode I invited my sister, Carol Schlaeger, to talk about fashion, body image, and more! Even though we are sisters, when it comes to this we have nothing in common! She has been a fashion model for 17 years, and in my eyes is an expert when it comes to dressing for your body. We also talk about body image, and why the scale should not dictate your happiness with your body.
